Providing inspired Food & Beverage to highlight the destination we represent is one of our passions.  As a Kō Food & Beverage Attendant, you will be a hospitality ambassador that will connect our guests to the delectable cuisine inspired by our diverse culture and island home.  The support you provide to the multiple outlets, including table & supply maintenance, beverage service and food delivery will help us showcase our passion and accomplish our mission of turning moments into memories.Hourly Rate:  $22.21What you will be doing:Adhere t daily checklist and duties assignedAssist Food & Beverage Servers in all aspects of the dining experience to include but not limited to running food, table maintenance and beverage serviceClear and reset tables in a timely manner while adhering to the State of Hawaii & EHC (Environmental Health Consultancy) food handling safety standardsEnsure the proper set up and break down of all side stations in the venueCheck service stations for necessary equipment and set upHave full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods for all food and beverage venues on propertyActively participate in monthly departmental sales promotionsOrganize time so all side work is completed according to shift demand
